Supervisors

The supervising teacher performs technical and administrative tasks, as he is a participant in the school administration from a director, agent and student guide in preparing the educational process inside and outside the classroom. He is the real and direct translator of the school’s professional development plan, to perform it with high quality when enjoying efficiency, a culture of collaborative work and shared responsibility. The supervising teacher is not only a name, but is classified within the leadership categories to which the distinguished administrative work is attributed to the immediate superior, whether with regard to the affairs of teachers or learners. He is a school-based supervisor who supports colleagues, develops himself and takes care of his students.
