I signed up, now what?

After you sign up, you can sign in to your portal account to access your calendar to access your evaluation. If you’ve signed up, but for one reason or another, haven’t heard from us, please contact support@iqrawarattelinstitute.com so we can get you started!

Can I have a female/male teacher?

We primarily match up students with teachers of the same gender, but you can request a female or male teacher when you enroll or during your evaluation.

What is your 100% Money Back Guarantee?

If you’re not completely satisfied during your first week of classes and wish to discontinue, we will refund 100% of your tuition, no strings attached!

I am getting billed every 28 days – why is that?

Our tuition is calculated according to the hours of instruction our students are receiving on a weekly basis. You will therefore receive a statement every four weeks, or 28 days. This allows for the tuition rate to stay the same over time. If you have any questions regarding your statement or billing, please contact pay@iqrawarattelinstitute.com.

I want to study something different from your courses, can I?

If you are looking to study a subject that is not within one of our organized courses, you may sign up for the course and let your tutor know what you would like to study.
